School Counselor
Hello! My name is Erica Bauer and I am excited to serve as the school counselor at Green Primary School. I have worked for Green Local Schools since 2003 and I am lucky to be in such a fantastic and supportive community. My passion is helping students grow not only academically, but also socially and emotionally, so they feel confident, capable, and valued. It is my goal to ensure that students at Green Primary School have a strong foundation for a positive school experience.
In our school, you’ll often find me in classrooms leading lessons about friendship, feelings, and problem-solving, or working one-on-one and in small groups to help students navigate challenges. I also support our school-wide PBIS program, helping to create a positive, respectful, and safe learning environment where all students can succeed.
I believe every child has unique strengths, and my role is to help them discover and use those strengths to shine. I’m grateful to partner with families, teachers, and our community to support the success and well-being of every student. I am happy to help or connect you with any resources you may need.
